DNC offer comprehesive services for the newer 6104 Series of AC alpha SPM HV modules replacing the older 6092 series of 400V Alpha series including alpha HV spindle module exchange (DNC do NOT offer 6104 exchange with older 6092 drives), repair, used surplus spares (stock permitting), fault diagnosis and testing facilities. 180 day warranty exists on HV spindle amplifier repairs and supplied exchange parts, also transistor modules, clear-up fuses are available. For the A06B-6104 Alpha High Voltage Spingle modules that are not in stock, or drives that not required urgently, DNC offer a 24 hour repair turnaround service as standard on A06B-6104- though if Alpha HV spindle drives are urgent then same day is possible with enough advanced notice.
