A16B-1010-0041 Fanuc Series 10 Master PCB is the first generation of the Fanuc 10 main boards. The difference between this and the alternate A16B-1010-0040 is this main boar supports Fibre Optic communications between the Master board, the input output and the graphics subsystem. It still supports the axis and spindle controller elements i.e. 4 axis and 1 spindle if all LSI's are present. The Graphics and Fapt systems are variable dependant on what is fitted, so the range of graphics boards will be FO based only - usually 14" colour graphic systems and monitors. The A16B-1010-0041 comes with a fixed amount of SSD memory on the master board, though some can come with more.
