Fanuc A06B-6078-B203 BETA model S4/4000i servo motor. This motor series stats are the following: 4Nm TRQ, 3 phase, Max 4000 RPM motors, with a tapered shaft, with no brake, and with IP65 standard seals fitted onto the bS4/4000i motors. Of this generation the 0078 BETA series red cap Model S4/4000i motor was fitted on small machine tool.
