DNC Ships through out the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales, N. Ireland usually using Interlink Express or TNT, dependant on customer preferrance and weight, other delivery restraints, i.e. limited services in the Highlands and Islands, etc. DNC also use Cobwebs Logistics whom cover sameday shipping within the UK, and have done URGENT sameday 400 mile runs (800 round trip) for DNC in the past, and Royal Mail for smaller / less expensive items.

Outside of the UK; Europe and Africa- DNC will normally ship using UPS for parts < 70Kg, and UPS Supply Chain Solution (takes a day for pickup) for the heavy parts, though if we know pre-ship that a particular courier offers slow service with bad coverage to a particular area of Europe, then we will always seeks the customers advice for the best time/cost shipper. Currently DNC hold accounts with the above four couriers, and also with DHL, and FED-EX.

• UPS: Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Holland, Denmark, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Italy, Poland, Turkey, UAE, etc.
• DHL: Finland, Belgium, South Africa, etc.
• FedEx: France, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Malta.
• TNT: England, Scotland, N. Ireland, Ireland, Wales, Belgium, any where in the world if requested by customer.
• Royal Mail: England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, anywhere in Europe for small parts.

We are always happy to ship on a customers account, as long the part is fully insured and the customer is willing to take 100% responsibility and liability for any problems that they may incur while the part is being shipped from DNC to you via your courier. With this we charge a nominal packaging fee to be added to the cost of the part. All parts that are to be shipped back to DNC are to be paid for by the customer in all respects. Warranty Parts return / shipping is covered by DNC to the customer only, and will always be expediated.
