Description of Alarm/ Faults
A displayProgram ROM abnormalityDetects that control program is not started ( due to program ROM not installed)
01Motor OverheatDetects internal motor temperature exceeding specified temperature.
02Excessive Speed deviationDetects motor speed exceeding specified speed excessively.
03DC Link section fuse blownDetects that fuse F4 in DC link section is blown ( models 30S and 40S).
04Input fuse blown

Input power open phase

Detects blown fuse (F1 to F3), open phase or momentary failure of power (models 30S and 40S)
05Control Power Supply Fuse BlownDetects that control power supply fuse AF2 or AF3 is blown (models 30S and 40S)
07Excessive SpeedDetects that motor rotation has exceeded 115% of its rated speed.
08High input voltageDetects that the switch us flipped to 200 VAC when input voltage is 230 VAC or higher. (models 30S and 40S)
09Excessive load on main circuit sectionDetects abnormal temperature rise of power transistor radiator.
10Low input voltageDetects drop in input power supply voltage.
11Over-voltage in DC link sectionDetects abnormally high direct current power supply voltage in power circuit section.
12Over current in DC link SectionDetects flow of abnormally large current in direct current section of power circuit.
13CPU internal data memory abnormalityDetects abnormality in CPU internal data memory. This check is made only when the power is turned on.
15Spindle switch/output switch alarmDetects incorrect switch sequence in spindle switch/output switch operation.
16RAM abnormalityDetects abnormality in RAM for external data. This check is made only when power is turned on.
18Program ROM sum check errorDetects program ROM data error. This check is made only when the power is turned on.
19Excessive U Phase current detection circuit offsetDetects excessive U phase current detection circuit offset. This check is made only when the power is turned on.
20Excessive U Phase current detection circuit offsetDetects excessive V phase current detection circuit offset. This check is made only when the power is turned on.
24Serial transfer data errorDetects serial transfer error (such as NC power supplied turned off).
25Serial data transfer stoppedDetects that serial data transfer has stopped.
26Disconnection of speed detection signal for Cs contouring controlDetects abnormality in position coder signal (such as unconnected cable and parameter setting error).
27Position coder signal disconnectionDetects abnormality in position coder signal ( such as unconnected cable and parameter setting error).
28Disconnection of position detection signal for Cs contouring controlDetects abnormality in position detection signal for Cs contouring control ( such as unconnected cable and adjustment error)
29Short time overloadDetects that overload has been continuously applied for some period of time.
30Input circuit overcurrentDetects overcurrent flowing in input circuit.
31Speed detection signal disconnection motor restraint alarmDetects that the motor cannot rotate at the specified speed( but rotates at very slow speed or has stopped) (This includes checking of speed detection signal cable)
32Abnormality in RAM internal to LSI for serial data transferDetects abnormality in RAM internal to LSI for serial data transfer. This check is made only when the power is turned on.
33Insufficient DC link section chargingDetects insufficient charging of direct current power supply voltage in power circuit section when magnetic contactor in amplifier is turned on.
34Parameter data setting beyond allowable range of valuesDetects parameter data set beyond allowable range of values
35Excessive gear ratio data settingDetects gear ratio data set beyond allowable range of values
