Alarm Code	Type	Description of Alarm/Error
1	Motor overheat	This lamp lights when internal temperature of motor is higher than the specified value.
2	Excessive deviation of speed	This lamp lights when the motor speed is largest deviated from the command speed.
3	+24 V fuse is blown	24+ V Fuse of the control power is blown
4	Open phase of input power	A phase of 3-phase input power is open
6	Over speed detection (analog detection)	This lamp lights when the motor exceeds 115% of the rated speed.
7	Over speed detection (digital detection)	This lamp lights when the motor exceeds 115% of the rated speed.
8	Over Voltage	Voltage extremely excesses the rated voltage.
9	Overheat of radiator	Temperature of radator such as semiconductor is extremely high.
10	Low input power  voltage	Detects lower voltage of input power.
11	Over voltage of DC Link	Detects lower voltage of input power.
12	Over current of DC Link	Detects lower voltage of input power.
13	Defective Arithmetic circuit	Abnormal transmission between CPU and peripherals.
14	Defective ROM	Detects defective ROM.
15	Defective optional circuit	Detects defective optional circuit and erroneous connection to optional circuit.
16-23	Defective arithmetic circuit and peripheral circuit	Defective arithmetic circuit and peripheral circuit.
No Indication	Defective ROM
