System Alarms

Servo Alarm

Alarm Code Description of Alarm/Fault
01The overload signal is output in X and Z axis
02The READY  signal ( VRDY) of the velocity control unit has turned off.
03The READY signal ( VRDY) of the velocity control unit does not turn off  even though the READY signal ( PRDY) of the position control has turned off.
04Position control system error. Reference point return could not be performed properly because an error occured inside the NC or servo system. Manually return the axis to the reference point.
11The content of the error register of the X axis is larger than setting the value.
12The content of the error register of the X axis exceeded + or – 32767. Or the velocity command value of the DA converter is out of the range +8191 to -8192. Incorrect settings will cause this alarm.
13A feedrate exceeding 511875 detection units/sec. was commanded in the X axis. An incorrect setting of CMR causes this alarm.
14X axis motor position feedback cable is disconnected.
15Drift on X axis is excessive. ( Exceeds 500 VELO).
21The content of error register of the Z axis is larger than the setting value.
22The contents of the error register of the Z axis exceeded + or – 32767. Or the velocity command value of the DA converter iis out of the range of +8191 to -8192.
23A feedrate exceeding 511875 detection units/sec. was commanded in the Z axis. An incorrect setting of CMR causes this error.
24Z axis motor position feedback signal cable is disconnected.
25Drift in the Z axis is excessive. ( Exceeds 500 VELO)
