Fanuc A06B-63xx Series of Bi Servo Amplifiers.
Fanuc adressing the release of the 62xx series with multiple parts with the same part number even though not compatible. The 63xx series supports BETA i 200VAC and BETA i 400VAC families of servo amplifier.

A06B-63xx series include 6320, 6321 and 6330, 6331. Representing 200VAC and 400VAC high voltage versions. DNC supports BETA i series dual and triple channel servo amplifier with built in spindle drive. These are labelled as BETA iSVSP-B (FS 3xi-B).
