Fuji 1DI240A-060 manufactured by Fuji in a special package for Fanuc AC spindle servo unit. 240 amp, 600 volt single gate transistor module. Part of the 600 volts class of power transistor modules. Popwer transistors and free wheel diodes are built into package. Terminals are isolated/insulated from mount plate. Fits amplifiers with 200 to 240V input.
