This power transistor is a 500 volt, 150 amp manufactured for the following applications: AC motor controls and UPS uninterruptible power supply and industrial machines such as welding machines. It features Free wheeling diode, high DC current gain and insulated type.

Normally used within applications such as AC and DC motor inverters such as Mitsubishi MR-S11 series drives and uninterruptible power supply (UPS).
