Fanuc A90L-0001-0580#A fan used internally on ALPHA i modules. This fan has a new style interconnect which plugs into the power PCB and fits a certain type plastic pnel to mound the 60mm 62xx series module. The Fan is also marked as a Sanyo Denki SANACE40 with the code 9PF0424H303. This version fits on 60mm wide ai servo amplifers and is 24VDC rated at 0.095 amp.
The top panel is the roof of the amplifier when mounted in the machine, and the fan pulls air through the various servo amplifier, spindle and power modules its is trying to cool down.
