Fanuc A06B-6091H130 power supply module. GE FAnuc PSM-30HV is part of the 400VAC high voltage series from ALPHA generation of drive systems. This HV module powers the ALPHA drive system via the DC bus and 24VDC for the control sections. The 6091-H130 has a rated output of 35 kW. The unit contains the A20B-1006-0610 power pcb and is manufactered by FANUC of Japan.
