Fanuc A06B-6096-H204 servo amplifier module. Also labeled as GE Fanuc SVM2-12/40 F/O servo amp is used on small applications on the machine requiring a ALPHA series 60mm wide dual channel amp. This two axis servo powers model a1/3000 up to a2/3000 on either axes. Reliant on FSSB fanuc serial servo bus interface with 16i/18i/21i model A or B.
