Fanuc A06B-6104-H245#H520 spindle amplifier module. Part of the 3rd and final generation of ALPHA high voltage drive system rated at 400VAC. This amplifier model is SPM-45HV using a type 1 interface supporting a single spindle motor sensor feedback, and aux sensors.
Comprised of high voltage power section also known as wiring pcb, capacitor section and the type 1 spindle control card. This amplifiers rated input is 50kW and has an output of 100amps allowing it to drive model a40HV spindle motors.
