Fanuc A06B-6093-H172 BETA servo amplifier. This amplifier belongs to a late release generation of the original I/O link interfaced BETA servo units. This SVU-20 amp using the I/O Link open interface is the swiss army knife of all Fanuc’s drive units. As long as power and signal cables can get to this amplifier it can run nearly anywhere on the machine.
This Fanuc SGL (single) channel / axis model being fitted on small sized machines with BETA model 6/3000 powered servo motors. Contains A20B-2100-0186 control PCB.
