Fanuc A06B-6164-H364#H580 servo spindle unit. This BETA i biSVSP 80/80/80-18 amplifier is from the 2nd generation BETA combined units with a 18kW spindle output and 3 * 80 servo channels for powering model bi22/2000 motors.
Part of the sixth incarnation of BETA servo series and second attempt at a combined multi axis servo with integrated spindle amp. Allowing for a cheaper automation solution for less demanding machine tools. This SVPM3-18i runs with 0i Mate-D series CNC controls.
The biSVMP 80/80/80-18 amplifier unit contains the control PCB A20B-2101-0207 and power PCB A20B-2101-0028 (not available seperate).
