Fanuc A06B-6044-H032 AC Spindle unit. Part of the first generation of AC spindle servo units manufactured by Fanuc of Japan; after the 6041 DC thyristor based spindle drives. Fitted with analog interface spindle control PCB for communication back to the the Fanuc 3, 6, 10, 11 control systems.
Rated at 3kW this drive twinned with AC model 6 spindle motors. Normally fitted in hotter climates; as a result this drive is an early EXTERNAL heatsink version. Fitted on certain CNC manufacturers machine tools. We also carry the spindle control boards transistor modules, PCB and clearup fuses and fans.
Fixing these drives for over 25 years has allowed levels of expertise and knowledge not found with other repair shops. Further we have extensive stocks of parts to repair; nececessary as a Fanuc parts specialist. These A06B-6044-H032 spindle drive are always in stock; currently we will be supporting these at least till 2030.
DNC only offer testing and repair facilities for this drive. However we do offer 24 hour repair turnaround on this Model 3 spindle servo unit. We always clean and inspect parts upon arrival; then quote.
