A50L-0001-0261

Fanuc A50L-0001-0261 transistor module. These 150 amp transistors were manufactured by Fuji or Hitachi under licence for Fanuc.

Under the Fuji brand there were three series releases of the 0261 transistor; labelled as 0261/A being the earliest Fuji 2MBI150KB-060. Followed by the 0261/N which is a Fuji 2MBI150ND-060-01. With the last released being the 2MBI150SD-060-01 labelled as a 0261#S.
