Fanuc A61L-0001-0142#BLS backlight for sharp LCD panel. DNC sells these LM series panels for various FANUC control system displays whether LCD, LCD/MDI unit.
Sharp was by far the biggest supplier to FANUC of LCD panels. At DNC we try to keep stock of this LM64P101 panel from earlier LCD/MDI panels. Currently we have one brand new backlight tube available. Known as a CCFL tuve for the 7.2 inch monochrome panels. CCFL stands for cold cathode fluorescent lamp.
