Fanuc A20B-2900-0541 SRAM memory module. This 512KB static memory access module is a SMD which fits inside the main control board (with CPU) for the processor to access with the DRAM and FROM. Fitted on series 16, 18 and 21 controls both model A and B controls for storing parameters and programs, etc.

The 512K A20B-2900-0541 ROM memory pcb is available @ DNC today, either as exchange or on an outright basis stock dependent with full testing and repair services are available also. Warranty is 180 days on repair or exchange
