Fanuc A16B-2902-0060 servo smd. As a dual channel servo interface control PCB its responsible for controlling two axis together with other servo controller modules in the control. Normally found in series 16 model B or C controls. In basic configurations such as a lathe it could be just this digital servo board and the spindle output from the main card.
However with larger or more complicated machines such as EDM wire eroders or swiss machines it could be running with another 2 or 3 dual axis cards.
