Fanuc A20B-2902-0196 DRAM Memory SMD. This DRAM memory card is for small configuartions of series 16 and 18 controls. With 2MB of DRAM allowing a short term swap memory. The DRAM being 2MB while a mid capacity memory for Fanuc of the period allowing main CPU processor to pull data from the FROM and SRAM using DRAM memory.
