PMC-L Chips
Fanuc PMC-L Chips. In this guise these are a pair of EPROMS containing the ladder PLC written by the machine tool builder. The programmable machine controller (PMC) is an old style of ladder logic not stored in the FROM instead on EPROM listed as OE1 and OE2.
The information on these chips is from the machine tool builder i.e. Hardinge, Colchester, Nakamura, etc. Every different machine tool has its own unique set of ladder chips. These chips are specifically for the PMC-L type ladder found on digital 0-B master boards and 0-C memory cards. These are not the same as PMC-M or any other type of PMC/ladder chip/software system.
