Fanuc A98L-0005-0032#L Op panel membrane. This 46 key symbolic keysheet cover has a adhesive backing for easy application. Very simple to replace worn out aged existing membranes. Just peel off the old keysheet cover and using the guide points affix the new membrane.

If you find keys are not functioning, then unlikely this is anything to do with the membrane and more likely the A86L-0001-0126 keyboard or the later version that the membrane protects from environmental contiminants. We also carry LCD/MDI and CRT/MDI membranes.
