Fanuc Alpha I Power Supply Alarms. These apply to : PSM-5.5i, PSM-11i, PSM-15i, PSM-26i, PSM-30i, PSM-37i

| Alarm Code | Description of Alarm/Error |
| 1 ( For PSM-5.5i to 15i) |
The main circuit power module (IPM) has dedected an abnormal condition. |
| 1 ( For PSM-5.5i to 37i) |
Over current flowed into the input of the main circuit. |
| 2 | A cooling fan for the control circuit has stopped. |
| 3 | The temperature of the main circuit heat sink has risen abnormally. |
| 4 | In the main circuit the DC voltage (DC link) has dropped. |
| 5 | a. The input power supply is abnormal.
b. The main circuit capacitor was not recharged within the specified time. |
| 6 | The control power supply voltage decreases. |
| 7 | In the main circuit the DC voltage at the DC link is abnormally high. |
| A | A cooling fan of external cooling has stopped. |
| E | The input power supply is abnormal (open phase) |
