Fanuc A290-0860-T400 terminal box kit. These parts belong to ALPHA series a50 model AC spindle motors. Fitted on a40, a50, a60 and other ALPHA P series models. The box A290-0860-X401 comes with the A290-1040-X402 lid to protect the electrics of the motor terminals from the environment.
