Fanuc A290-1406-T400 terminal box kit. These parts belong to ALPHA series ai6 model AC spindle motors. Fitted on a6/10000i, a12/6000, a15/7000i, a22/6000iP models. The box A290-1406-X401 comes with the A290-0854-V410 lid to protect the electrics of the motor terminals from the environment.
