Fanuc A06B-6114-H209 Servo Amplifier module. This aiSV-80/80 generation is a dual channel GE Fanuc AC servo module from the 200VAC ALPHA i series. This module is capable of driving many different ai servo motors including ai8/4000, aiS12/4000 and aiS22/3000 servo motors.
The amp includes the following A16B-2203-0673 wiring board and A20B-2100-0741 control pcb; none of which is available seperate from the complete drive.
