Fanuc A06B-0265-B102 AC servo motor. This ALPHA i motor series aiS22/4000 has the following electrical ratings: 4.5kW, 22Nm TRQ, 18 Amp, 3 phase 200-230V at 200Hz, max rotational speed of 4000 RPM. Motor has a straight shaft, no key or brake with standard oil seals. There were two versions of this motor the earlier a22/4000i which had ferret magnets and the aiS22/4000 which had neo-dynium; these were manufacturing versions and both are interchangeable in most instances.
This motor is fitted with an ALPHA i absolute a1600iA encoder. DNC support this ai22 servo motor; when stocked for exchange, if not extensive testing and faulty finding facilties and repair/rebuild under quick turnaround is possible. Including rewinds our only limitation is snapped shafts or demagnitised rotors. Though usually have alternate solutions.
Further we support the ai series servo amplifier that drives this motor and offer testin, repair and exchange on that and can test both the motor and drive together. Warranty for all a22/4000iS motors is 12 months.
