Fanuc A06B-0268-B402 AC servo motor. This ALPHA i model aiS30/4000 series stats are the following: 5.5kW, 30Nm TRQ, 32A, 177v at 200Hz with maximum speed of 3000 RPM. Motor has a straight shaft, with 24volt DC brake, and standard oil seals fitted. Of this generation the 0268 ALPHA series red cap Model a30/4000iS motor was fitted on large machine tools.
This motor is fitted with an ALPHA i absolute a1000iA encoder. DNC offer either exchange, surplus for your large sized CNC machine tool. Also available are testing, fault diagnosis, and repair services including initial electrical assessment onto encoder testing, assuming all good then onto our test rigs with an appropriately powered ai servo amplifier. As a result we can also offer extensive Fanuc drive services for the amplifier paired with the motor; if the motor is not at fault.
