Fanuc A06B-0078-B403 AC servo motor. Belonging to the 200VAC BETA i series of drives and motors; this motor is a model BiS12/3000. Following electrical ratings of 4Nm TRQ, 3 phase, Max 2000 RPM. Physical features include straight shaft with 24VDC brake, stardard oil seals fitted and biA128 absolute encoder.
These motors are commonly fitted with BETA biSVSP amplifiers for smaller or less complex CNC machine tools.
Many services are offered on this B12/3000i motor including extensive testing facilities on Fanuc controls. Allowing us to check everything beyond the basic checks down at other motor shops such as mega windings, low ohmage check, encoder function. Because we can go a lot further we can see many moroe problems due to running high speed in closed loop feedback fully testing feedback, etc. We also offer rebuild or replacement of the 24 volt DC brake system, rewind of the windings, bearing and encoder replacement, strip and clean and paint and reseal.
