From the first ALPHA generation of motors; this P varient is normally found on high torque/low speed applications such as punch press machines from Bridgeport or Amada, etc. The electrical ratings of this motor are: 200-230VAC input, S1 cont: 18kW 575-3450RPM. S2 (30 Mins): 22kW 575-2450; 3ph; 4 pole; class H insulation IP54. This aP40 motor has a straight shaft with no key with forward exhausting spindle fan and is flange mounted with an ALPHA series MZ spindle sensor for feedback.
