Fanuc A06B-1002-B100 model 2 Spindle Motor. This is black cap AC spindle motor from the early series (pre red fan cap). This model 2 is flange mounted with a keyed straight shaft and rear exhausting fan in a metal cast cowling. The motor has the following electrical ratings: 2.2kW (cont) at 11A; 3.75kW (30min) at 15A running 1500-6000 RPM.
This older style AC spindle motor with black fan cowling A06B1002B100 from the earliest of Fanuc AC spindle motor series is fitted with standard B sensor spindle feedback. Normally this motor would be controlled by AC analog spindle servo units.
