Fanuc A16B-2201-0134 Memory SRAM (BMU) Board. This PCB is Fanuc’s own replacement for the BMU boards fitted onto Fanuc series 11 control system. It has 256KB of storage and run and sits between the earlier BMU board capacity of 128KB and the 512KB boards for various FS11 controls. Labeled SRAM (BMU) 256-1.

DNC offer their own replacements to the BMU bubble memory units that were fitted on the series 6 and 11 as well as having most of the original memory cards, including all A87L series FANUC BMU PCB’s for SYSTEM 6, 11 and 15 controls. Hence we can offer A16B-2201-0134 or replacement 128Kb / 512Kb solutions for system 6, and up to 2MB for Fanuc 11 control systems
