Fanuc A06B-6117-H303 ALPHA Servo Amplifier Module. Sometimes known as GE Fanuc aiSV 20/20/20 or SVM3-20/20/20i FSSB triple axis drive features L, M and N channels corresponding to various axis on the machine tool depependent on deployment. Interfaced via FSSB and supporting HRV2 and HRV3 tuning.
