Fanuc A06B-6290-H322 aiSV servo module. Known as a servo amplifier module or aiSV this drive is an upgrade version with model designation aiSV 10/10/10-B built after 2019. Controlled via model B 30i, 31i, 32i or 35i or 0iMF/TF plus.
Part of the third wave of -B ALPHA i generation of 400VAC high voltage amplifiers from the 62xx series. Likely powered by -B versions of aiPS running with aiSP spindle amplifiers. This servo amp is capable of powering three motors of the same ratings; namely aiS2/5000HV-B or a4/4000HViS-B series AC servo motors. Servo drive contains A20B-2102-0192 and A20B-2101-089x with output across all channels of 3.2amps.
