Fanuc A06B-6091-H175 Power Supply Module. This is a ALPHA series PSM-75HV denoting its part of the 400VAC series of power modules for machines in Europe not running from a step down transformer.

This module is a model 75; meaning its a 81kW power supply module. Fitted on larger CNC machines with a similar kW accompanying powered spindle amplifier module (6092/6104 series) and larger high voltage servo drives (6097).
