Fanuc A860-0346-T041 Encoder. This is a 2nd generation of the SERIAL A pulse coder unit for the small s series motors. Released due to a lack of stock available throughout the world for last S series AC servo motor builds. Capable of a resolution of 40000 pulse per revolution; streets ahead of anything Fanuc had produced upto that point. Preceeded by the Serial C pulsecoder and the release of the ALPHA series of motors and drives, etc.
This encoder is fitted upon small S series motors, including small 1-0SP/3000, 2-0SP series motors. This encoder is uncommon and stock availability is limited. Testing and fault diagnosis is possble for this model of pulse coder; though no repair faciliites.
When in stock its available on surplus basis only as a fully tested unit backed with 12 month warranty.
