Fanuc A06B-6140-H055 ai Power Supply Module. Produced between 2008 and 2013 this model aiPS-55 ALPHA i supply module powers the ai drive series of amplifiers. Consisting of servo amplifier modules and spindle amplifiers. Rated at 65kW can power similar rated Fanuc spindle module and a couple of servo amps; or smaller spindle amp and more Fanuc ai servo modules. Alternatively it can work in tandem with other aiPS power modules.
As part of the 200V AC Fanuc alpha i drive series; this amplifier is from the second generation of ai amplifiers. Together with its powered spindle/servo drive configuration; they were controlled by various CNC controls from late 0i model C, D and 3xi systems. This drive includes the power board A16B-1008-0081 and A20B-2003-0420 not supplied seperate.
DNC offer several services for the 65kW version of this drive. Inclusive of service exchange; which we have been offering since the 1990’s on Fanuc. Currently this drive is in stock available exchange. Alternatively 24 hour repair turnaround is the norm. Fault diagnosis and testing is extensively supported. Further we also supply fuses, fans and transistors modules if required for these drives.
