Over the last five years we had pretty much stopped all services for A06B-6052 series of drives. Only past customers whom ordered exchange drives or had us repair there’s over the years had continued. Of late we’ve learnt to appreciate there a still quite a number of these small AC model spindle drives. Since repairing these for over 30 years. We know how complicated these drives are too repair.
As the title states we our advertising our ability to repair these small model 1, 2, 3 and 3/8000 spindle drives. We only repair the complete drive in its entirity. We no longer supply any of the PCB’s seperate as these drives can be problematic to diagnose at the best of times. Most have been on machine tools for over 40 years.
If you are desperate for an Exchange AC spindle servo unit; then please ship your drive into us with a fault report so that we can assess thats its acceptable under our exchange terms.

Fanuc Exchange – When stocked we offer a fully refurbished READY to SHIP and tested Fanuc parts on exchange basis (SWAP) for economically repairable, complete and non interfered with part.
Fanuc Repair – Regardless of the reasons whether shipping in for investigation, looking for a cheaper solution or we don’t have stock. Turnaround is normally 24 hours within business hours.
Fanuc Surplus – For burn outs or for critical spares DNC can often offer surplus Fanuc parts.
